Tucson, Arizona. He came to Tucson in 2003 after serving in the
Peace
Corps Nicaragua as a small business development volunteer. He is the treasurer
and a board member for BorderLinks.

Carroll
Tracy is a
practicing
physical therapist in Tucson, Arizona. She is clinical
faculty for the Department of Family and Community Medicine. She
works in the Arizona-Mexico border communities
promoting health, safety and economic security.
Tracy was on the
Advisory board for BorderLinks from 1995 to 2005. At the 1995 UN
Conference on Women held in Beijing, China, she worked with Mohammed
Yunus (founder and managing director of the Grameen Bank) to promote
microcredit. She was a delegate to the Microcredit Summit in 1997
and in 2002.

is the Country Manager for the Catholic
Relief Services Mexico Program.
In this capacity, she works with church and civil society partners to
support initiatives around migration/immigration issues, economic
justice and human rights in Mexico.
Erica has worked for CRS since 1995, coordinating human rights and
development programs in Brazil and Peru prior to managing the Mexico
program.
