	Jose Carlos Mendoza Escoto Director	José Carlos Mendoza Escoto Carlos is the general director of EnComún. He sudied business administration at the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA) in El Salvador. His professional career started at the Banco Salvadoreño de El Salvador where he was in charge of loan recuperation and the head of the treasury department. He spent 4 years at Enlace, a micro-credit organization, as a branch director where he offered credit to some of the poorest people in the country in rural zones that didn't have access to formal banking.
	Juan Manuel Angulo Jaime Juan is the Nogales office manager. He has a degree in industrial engineering specializing in manufacturing and quality control. Juan is the volunteer director of three non-profit organizations that work for the environment (focusing on reforestation and environmental education). 	Candy Polanco Ciudad Juarez Office Manager	Candy Polanco Candy is the Ciudad Juarez office manager. She has a law degree from the Universidad de El Salvador. Candy was a manager at EnLace, a micro-credit organization, for 4 years. She started the EnComun's Juarez operations in early 2007.
